When I started this diet, I weighed 132, BMI 20.07.
Today, I weighed in at 126, BMI 19.16.
I lost 2 pounds over the past week, 6 pounds total over 4 weeks. This may not seem like a lot of weight loss to some of you, but 1) I don't have a lot to lose and 2) I know that I've lost this weight in a HEALTHY way, which makes me feel so good!
Don't give up on being thin. Don't give up of your health, either.
