May 26: 600 - Back to Healthy Dieting

Thinspo of the day is Carolyn Murphy, a top model I'd never heard of! I was browsing about who the highest paid models in the world are, and Carolyn Murphy came in 10th! She is also the only American model on the list. See the rest of the beauties here. :)

So, my break day only caused a gain of 1.5 pounds, which isn't bad at all! I'm totally happy at 116 and hopefully after today I'll be at a nice, round 115 (which I have yet to hit! I keep bouncing back and forth from 114 to 116, but I have yet to weigh an even 115!). Also, I've been thinking... I'm able to lose weight on extreme calories diets SO easily... it's a great tool that I've learned to use but if I don't have to use it, why should I? I've been thinking about your comment, amber-angelxo, and your comment actually happened at the most coincidental time because I'd actually been considering that myself! Maybe I DON'T have to restrict so much and will still be able to maintain 115. For awhile, all I cared about was being 115, and that still means a lot to me. However, I'm gaining back the desire to be healthy again, and if I can be 115 and eat healthy... why not try? Why not try to do things the healthy way again? I think I'm going to, starting tomorrow, by calculating how many calories I burn during a day with no exercise and having that be my intake. My goal will be to burn 250-500 calories a day. So long, 2468! You were a great experience, but I'm through with you!

p.s... I would highly recommend 2468 to anyone wanting to lose weight fast! On my first 5 days I lost 9.5 pounds (that was with having my intake and my outtake be about the same, though). If anyone has any questions about the diet, ask away! :)

May 25: Break Day - Under Goal Weight Again :)

Thinspo of the day is Liz Hurley! For a scene a friend of mine is directing, I have to sing a song from the first Austin Powers movie. Since I'm not really an Austin Powers fan, I didn't know the song and so she had me look up the scene with the song she wants. At the end of the scene, the remarkable woman above walks into the room. She's so beautiful and her body is so perfect!! I'd heard of her, but I'm glad I can now put the name with with face :)

So today I weighed in under 115, so you know what that means - break day! Which for me is eating like a healthy, normal person :P The numbers above for intake and total seem incredible high to me, but I know my intake, outtake and total are what are actually recommended for a person to be healthy. What I did today was interesting: I calculated how many calories my body would burn in a day without exercise, and then added the calories I burned to that total, and then had the final total be my intake for the day. I'm hoping that eventually I will be able to ween myself off of my restricting diet and get back to eating healthy and still maintain my desired weight of 115. Is it possible? We'll see.

However with Annie, work, and spending time with friends and family, I don't know how many days I'll have off! Maybe just keeping busy will prevent me from eating?

May 24: 200 - 3 Pounds Lost on Water Fast!

Yay!! I lost 3 pounds on the fast, so I only have 2 pounds left to my ideal weight of 115, which I might be at tomorrow morning, seeing how well I did today! I've decided that every time I go below 115, I'll allow myself a break day/period (depending on the circumstance). Also I've been thinking about this summer and how different it's going to be than my situation here at the dorms, aka, a lot harder to hide my eating habits and restrict my calories around my family. Maybe it won't be as hard as I think, but somehow I want to prepare myself for a change of environment. Any ideas?? I would appreciate any words of advice! Thanks to all of you for your comments and encouragement. You girls rock!

May 23: Fasting Day and a Crazy Weekend

Hello, ladies! I feel like I haven't posted in awhile, even though I only took the weekend off. First off, THANK YOU for all of your wonderful comments!! 16 comments? I was stunned, but so thankful, because your feedback means the world to me :) Seeking Something Else: the bra is a Gilligan & O'Malley bra from Target, only $20! It has a slight push-up, probably adds about half a cup size. I love it! It's soft and cute (and the boyfriend liked it too, which is a plus!). There's matching undies with it that can be purchased for $5. So fun :) GoxXy: Mainly I have been eating peanut butter, apples, and rice. I splurge every now and then on ice cream. It's really all about restricting calories, not necessarily what you eat!

Soooo this weekend... crazy. So much drama. It was really unfortunate. I was thankful for the time I got to spend with my boyfriend, but our other two friends caused so much drama that it was hard to just relax and enjoy our time together. So disappointing. In terms of food, I had plenty to eat this weekend, as you can tell by the numbers above. I really don't mind the gain. I've gotten in really great shape recently so one can hardly tell! Plus, I'm fasting today and I'll be right back on track with 2-4-6-8 tomorrow. Donating blood on Friday, and then starts another weekend with my boyfriend and my family. I feel happy :)

I didn't have time to take any model-type photos, but I wanted to document what I look like a pound below my goal weight!! Any feedback? I'm personally happy that I ended up below my goal weight this morning, because now I really don't have to worry about gaining a little weight this weekend! :) Thanks to everyone for your comments :) You all have convinced me that it's fine to take the weekend off and just relax - I have worked hard this week! I remember when a BMI of 17.5 seemed like such an unattainable goal... and now I'm below it!! How insane!! I'm so happy to be an inspiration to so many of you... you have no idea how much your comments and reading all your blogs mean to me!! amber-angelxo: I don't really have any "safe" foods. I basically just count the calories and eat whatever I want until I hit my calorie limit! This week I ate a lot of apples and spoonfuls of peanut butter, but I also indulged in a medium vanilla cone from Dairy Queen on my 800 cal day (a medium cone is only 199 calories!!). I hope that answers your question :)

Day 5: 200 - Taking a Break

I LOVE finding fashion/thinspo photos on deviantart! They're always so unique and people have rarely seen them before. I hope you like them :) I lost half a pound since yesterday, for a total of 7 pounds in 5 days!! I also got into the negative calories AGAIN. These past five days have been amazing. However... this weekend I think I am going to take a break from counting calories. I am still going to eat simply but here's my reason for taking a break: my boyfriend and I have his house to ourselves this weekend, so we're spending the whole weekend together!! It's going to be so relaxing and amazing, I can't wait. Plus, I feel really great about my body right now, so I just want to be able to relax and enjoy everything this weekend instead of stressing out about how many calories I'm eating and trying to squeeze in a workout. I'm taking a vacation, people, but I'll be right back on track with everything on Monday :) Depending on how much weight I gain over the weekend, I'll either pick up where I left off or I'll throw in a fasting day, whatever I feel my body needs. Ohhh and the boyfriend is cooking me dinner Saturday night... So cute!!!... No big deal :)
