Day 4: 800 - Real Girl Thinspo :)

Day 4 Stats:

Weight: 117
BMI: 17.8
Total pounds lost: 6.5
Intake: 800
Outtake: 809
Total: -9

I'm a total deviantart junkie! That's the site where I found all the lovely photos above. Click here to see my deviantart page, with more photos of me plus some I've taken myself, if interested. Please let me know what you think of them if you check them out! :) Only two pounds to go, and I still ended up in the negative calories today. It's been a good day :) Thanks so much to everyone for your consistent support and encouragement! amber-angelxo: I am really liking the diet so far! 6.5 pounds in 3 days? Yes, please! Also, I haven't felt too famished or overworked. I've already started planning what I'm going to do once I reach my goal weight of 115: I'm considering adding 200 calories to each day and burning half my intake off each day and see if that maintains my weight. I don't want to switch to a whole new plan when I reach my goal weight this time because last time that didn't work for me. I'm thinking subtle changes to see what works for my body, and then go from there. Any feedback on this?

Think thin, ladies :)

Day 3: 600 - Three More Pounds and I Win! :)

Model: Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, BMI 17.8

Day 3 Stats:

Weight: 118
BMI: 17.9
Total pounds lost so far: 5.5
Intake: 601
Outtake: 638
Total: -37

Rebecca, the model pictured above, was a model in the 90's. Her BMI is a little bit lower than mine so she's my thinspo today. I think she's so beautiful! What a fantastic body! No wonder she modeled for Victoria's Secret :) I've lost 5.5 pounds in two days! I can't believe how fast my body is shedding the pounds. I went over my calories intake by one silly little calorie today, but I got into the negative calories again, so it's all good :) Tomorrow I'm allowed 800 calories!! That seems like so many after the past three days. My workout will probably be about 2 hours tomorrow in order to burn 800 calories off. I can't wait, I love toning up, it feels great :)

Thanks to all you for your encouragement!!! Your comments mean a lot to me :) amber-angelxo: I recommend eating throughout the day to keep your energy up instead of just one big meal.

I can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow :) Think thin, ladies!

Always,

Lita

Day 2: 400 and 3.5 Pounds Lost!! :)

Keira Knightley is beautiful :)

How did I lose 3.5 pounds in a day, you ask? I have no idea how they fell off so easily, but I'm glad they did! I want to wear a bikini this summer and feel no shame. Today went really well:

Weight: 120
BMI: 18.2
Total pounds lost so far: 3.5
Intake: 399
Outtake: 464
Total: -65

In to the negative calories again. Yay! And I feel great. I like this diet so far. It's nice knowing that I will be able to eat more the next two days. It also means more strenuous workouts, but that's okay because I'm aiming for that bikini body!

Jenn: Thank you so much! It looks like you may be right after all :)
onlyonewhoknows: I'm totally with you. Alessandra is possibly my favorite Victoria's Secret Angel. Her body and her face are amazing!!
amber-angelxo: Thank you. It's good to know I'm not alone. If only I could have superstar control when NOT on a diet plan!! :P
coffeeXandXcigarettes: Thank you. You're right, I shouldn't be so hard on myself. This is all part of a learning process. It's just so hard to confess such pitfalls on a blog!!
desesperee de maigrir: Thank you for your advice! I think maybe once I reach my goal I'll switch to that or eliminate the 200/400 calorie days. I like what I'm doing right now, though :)
thin and bones: Thank you. It feels like a lot, but so far it's falling right off! I can't be too optimistic but I hope it continues to!

Think thin, ladies!

Day 1: 200 and My Confession

Isn't Alessandra stunning?

So... I have a confession to make.

I gained back all the weight I lost on the MKC.

Isn't this horrible? I just couldn't stop eating. And here I am, on another diet, again. I'm sorry if I've disappointed any of you, but I needed to be honest. I know I inspired a lot of you in the past and I know this is probably a big let down, but at least I'm not giving up.

I started the 2-4-6-8 diet today!

Intake: 60 cal tall passion iced tea, 140 cal black bean chips, total 200 cal

Outtake: 263 cal stair step machine, 18 cal stretching, total 281 cal

Total: -81 cal

I figure if I can burn off what I eat during this diet, that should keep my body guessing and create a good combination for the diet. The diet itself is good, though, so if I miss a few days working out, it's no big deal. However, I hope to be down a few pounds by this weekend which I will be spending with my boyfriend! :)

The first day is the hardest. I will get to eat more for the next three days, and that's comforting.

I really am depressed that I let myself get all the way back to 123.5, but at the same time, I'm not giving up and I find some comfort in the fact that I'm still technically "underweight" for my height.

Sorry this post is so depressing. Hopefully my posts will become more optimistic as I start losing weight again. I hope someday I'll learn to maintain a weight I desire.

For now, let's diet!

Always,

Lita

My New Diet: 2-4-6-8

Hello lovelies!

I have, unfortunately, FAILED at maintaining my ideal body weight of 116. It's not an easy thing to do! So, I've decided to start a new diet plan, because I've realized that I perform the best if I have a plan and an occasion that the plan is leading up to.

Diet: 2-4-6-8 (repeating four-day pattern, 200 calories the first day, then 400, etc, returning to 200 after the 800 day. I found this diet among other great ideas on this website: http://inedia.webs.com/diets.htm)

Occasion: My graduation from high school! (June 10. I'm going to be wearing a dress instead of a cap and gown, so I want to look stunning!)

Length: 25 days (I'm starting on Monday, May 16, and going until June 9, the day before I graduate)

Goal: I don't have a particular weight goal. I have never eaten this few amounts of calories for such an extended period of time, so I have no idea how much weight my body will lose. I've decided I do not want to go below 115, a BMI of 17.5. If I do, I will adjust my diet somehow (perhaps eliminating the 200/400 days?)

Opinions? I am open to any words of advice/suggestions/insight. Have any of you tried this diet before? What helps to keep you on track? Do any of you have a limit to how thin you want to be, or is thinner and thinner your goal? Just curious!

Enjoy the thinspo :) I was feeling some Kate Moss for today. You know she claims never having worked out a day in her life? This is all from NOT EATING!! Think thin!

Always,

Lita

p.s... if anyone wants to join me on this 25-day journey, just let me know! It would be fun to have a dieting buddy/buddies/group :)
