How did I lose 3.5 pounds in a day, you ask? I have no idea how they fell off so easily, but I'm glad they did! I want to wear a bikini this summer and feel no shame. Today went really well:
Weight: 120
BMI: 18.2
Total pounds lost so far: 3.5
Intake: 399
Outtake: 464
Total: -65
In to the negative calories again. Yay! And I feel great. I like this diet so far. It's nice knowing that I will be able to eat more the next two days. It also means more strenuous workouts, but that's okay because I'm aiming for that bikini body!

coffeeXandXcigarettes: Thank you. You're right, I shouldn't be so hard on myself. This is all part of a learning process. It's just so hard to confess such pitfalls on a blog!!
desesperee de maigrir: Thank you for your advice! I think maybe once I reach my goal I'll switch to that or eliminate the 200/400 calorie days. I like what I'm doing right now, though :)
thin and bones: Thank you. It feels like a lot, but so far it's falling right off! I can't be too optimistic but I hope it continues to!
