Good news! Today, I weighed in at 117.6, already under my goal by Monday of 118! I've also been thinking about an "ultimate goal" as the numbers keep going down on the scale. I really believe in stopping somewhere, not just getting thinner and thinner, because to me at least, there is a point where thinness becomes unattractive. So, on this site, I calculated my "ideal model weight", which turns out to be 115.6. I'm going to make 115.6 my UGW, and then aim to stay within two pounds of that weight (like they do in Weight Watchers!). So my weight range will be 113.6-117.6 (and look! I'm already within that range!!). So here's to my new goal! Stay strong, ladies!!
