(She is SO thin!)
I did very well today, ladies! I only ate 574 calories today, which for me is the lowest I've been able to accomplish all summer! I'm also happy because my intake is 167 calories lower than yesterday, so the scale should be looking down tomorrow :) I also burned 1467 calories in activities (calculated on fitday.com, which I highly recommend to anyone trying to lose or maintain weight!). Yay!
Tomorrow I don't have to work, thank goodness! It's been really tough working mornings and performing at night, but I suppose that's the typical life of an artist! Plus, it has left me with less time to eat. I'm glad that even though I've been eating very little, I've been eating nutritional foods. Fitday is great because it keeps track of nutrition information based on what you eat, so I can see what I'm not getting enough of. I want to be thin, but I also want to have great hair and skin, and you have to eat WELL in order for that to happen!
I'm nervous for tomorrow. I've been very in control of my eating lately but tomorrow I'm getting lunch with a friend. I'm going to look up some tips of how to eat out successfully without going overboard on calories, but do any of you have suggestions??
Thanks so much to EVERYONE for your wonderful encouragement! It means a lot to me :) Maggie: I'm glad you're following! I'm following your blog, now, too :)
I hope you all had a great day :)

Soup is always the item on the menu with the least amount of calories =)
ReplyDeleteget salad! don't eat croutons or cheese though. Ask for the salad dressing on the side, then dip your fork in it before every bite. You will eat less dressing, but still taste it (even more then if it was poured on top). Also just drink water, not soda. Good luck!

Get a small portion. Talk as much you can with your friend(distract yourself from the food),take small bites, and cut your meal in small pieces. I'm sure it will help :)
