BMI: 18.49
July 11th (Today's) Weigh-in:
Weight: 120
BMI: 18.25
So, the high calorie intake yesterday did some damage (I ate a grand total of 1840 calories yesterday, more than I've eaten in one day all summer!), but the point is that I weigh less than last Monday, right? :) My goal is to stay under 1000 calories every day this week and to weigh 118 by next Monday. "With practice comes perfection."
