I kind of feel as if I failed everyone who was cheering me on yesterday, but at the same time I don't feel that bad because of where I weighed in today. Yesterday totally turned into a binge day after my date with my friend. 2555 calories in one day. Yuck! And yet, I still weighed in at 117.8 this morning, still .2 pounds below my original goal to reach 118 by this coming Monday. So, for that reason, I don't feel too bad :) Also, I keep reminding myself that I'm going to have bad days, but "with practice comes perfection". I'm not giving up. I've already reached my goal for next Monday, and I will reach my UGW with time.
