Good morning, ladies!!
Today, when I stepped on the scale, it showed me 118.6! Now, having weighed-in at 121.2 just yesterday, I didn't think it could be possible, so I tested the scale again: and the same number showed!! This is the lowest I've weighed all summer. I think my new plan is working: I'm only eating before I do something that burns a lot of calories and takes up a lot of time (working on my feet, performing, etc). Also, I'm allowing myself less than 300 calories per "meal". Yesterday I had 3 "meals" that added up to 735 calories - and wah-la! Weight loss I haven't seen in forever! Happy, happy, happy :)
