HSGD - Day 3: 900 + Chosen Photo from Recent Shoot :)

Breakfast: fish oil supp, grapes, pineapple, melon, honey dew, chai, 351 cals

Lunch: protein bar, choco-walla bar, chai, 550 cals

Dinner: banana, spinach w/ sunflower seeds & italian dressing, peaches, carrots, 412 cals

Snacks: popcorn, dark chocolate, 294 cals

Exercise: 1 hour ballet + 10 mins yoga, -308 cal

Total minus fruits and veggies: 901

The photo at the top of my blog is a photo from my most recent photo shoot! The photo is going to be used to promote the runway show I'm walking for, Fashion Forward Collective. I am so excited for the show!!

Today I did well. I went over by a CALORIE. Ha. No worries. :)

    1. I feel SO much better. Another perk is that my skin looks great! Overall my body looks more fit and I feel satisfied, not starving and craving food all of the time!!

  2. Holy Moly you look amazing girl!! The food you've been eating looks so yummy but healthy at the same time :) I hope they post pics of the fashion show somewhere online I'd love to see the awesome clothes and models!
