I'm doing this diet with a friend, so once we complete the 4 weeks we're going to decide if we want to continue with the HSGD or try something else. This is by far my favorite diet I've ever tried and I'm excited to do it again, this time more seriously. It just makes sense to me. You're eating a healthy amount of calories, plus lots of fruits, veggies, and exercise. I might make this a lifestyle change. Who knows? We'll see how the 4 weeks go!

ReplyDeleteI love the look of this diet. It sounds healthy and sustainable. I'd join you but I'm trying to stay mentally healthy and avoid counting calories.

You're welcome, Claire :) I know what you mean about counting calories. I don't like it either but I think it also helps to put in perspective what exactly we put into our bodies. Thanks for the well wishes, I'm excited to get started! :)
