Down 3 pounds in 2 days, girls!! I'm so happy!! :)
Today, thanks to the caring advice of Almost.Skinny, I decided to go a little lighter on the points today (but not much!!). I scored a 46. Here's the breakdown:
Calorie intake: 8
(Cereal 130 cal, peas 36 cal, apple 52 cal, soymilk 120 cal, total 338 cal)
(30 min stair step machine, 35 min weights, 55 min yoga, total 2 hours)
Water intake: 10
(Way over 9 again!)
Sleeping hours: 10
(8, as usual)
Bonus points: 10
I think I will be going lighter on exercise tomorrow because I just found out that I have rehearsal until 8 tomorrow instead of 6. I'll aim for a score of 44 and get in an hour-long workout somewhere. Again, I'm excited to see what the scale will say tomorrow. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone, it has been so much fun so far and produces amazing results if you shoot high!
