MK Challenge Day 4 and Milla :)


Weight: 119
BMI: 18.1

Today's MK Challenge:

Calorie intake: 10
(1/2 cup rice 160 cal, 1 tbsp soy sauce 20 cal, total 180 cal)
Exercise: 4
(20 min stair step machine, 35 min weights, 5 min stretch, total 1 hour)
Water intake: 10
(More than 9 glasses)
Sleeping hours: 10
(8, as usual)
Bonus points: 10
(Did it!)
Total: 44/50

So I was bumming around on this site today: http://inedia.webs.com/ during my free block at school, and I found the equation for calculating one's ideal model weight. Mine is 115.6! So, I plugged that into a standard bmi calculator and found out my ideal model BMI is 17.6. So that is my goal now :) I'm almost there!!

I'm a little worried about what I'm going to do after this challenge, aka, how I'm going to maintain that perfect BMI of 17.6 (which, btw, is the BMI of my favorite model, Milla Jovovich, which makes me even more determined to get there!!). Does anyone have any advice? I'd really appreciate it.

  1. keep doing what you're doing because you sound like the definition of success..you like never fail! if you feel like falling off the wagon, just think about how you'll have to write it on your blog :P i need to keep that in mind more. think about how you want to be good thinspo for everyone!
