This will be a really short post just to tell you that I've reached my goal!
I feel perfect, happy, lovely. It was fun to eat a real breakfast this morning!! My new plan looks like this:
Exercise: 1 hour/day
Calories: 1160 cal/day
Water: 10 glasses/day
Sleep: 8 hours/night
Other: Weigh myself daily
This new plan I've developed is to help me maintain my weight, not lose any! I honestly don't want to lose any more. I feel wonderful, so wonderful.
Thank you so much to everyone who supported me throughout the MKC, and those who invited me and did it with me!! I don't regret a single day of it. I'm 7.5 pounds lighter. I lost 6.1% of my body weight. I feel sexy in anything. I've reached bliss.
If I do gain any weight, I now know how to lose it FAST. I've gained such knowledge.
I'm happy :)
p.s... Candice and Miranda - they inspire me :)
