May 24 Stats:
Yay!! I lost 3 pounds on the fast, so I only have 2 pounds left to my ideal weight of 115, which I might be at tomorrow morning, seeing how well I did today! I've decided that every time I go below 115, I'll allow myself a break day/period (depending on the circumstance). Also I've been thinking about this summer and how different it's going to be than my situation here at the dorms, aka, a lot harder to hide my eating habits and restrict my calories around my family. Maybe it won't be as hard as I think, but somehow I want to prepare myself for a change of environment. Any ideas?? I would appreciate any words of advice! Thanks to all of you for your comments and encouragement. You girls rock!
