May 24: 200 - 3 Pounds Lost on Water Fast!










May 24 Stats:

Weight: 117
BMI: 17.8
Intake: 199
Outtake: 255
Total: -56

Yay!! I lost 3 pounds on the fast, so I only have 2 pounds left to my ideal weight of 115, which I might be at tomorrow morning, seeing how well I did today! I've decided that every time I go below 115, I'll allow myself a break day/period (depending on the circumstance). Also I've been thinking about this summer and how different it's going to be than my situation here at the dorms, aka, a lot harder to hide my eating habits and restrict my calories around my family. Maybe it won't be as hard as I think, but somehow I want to prepare myself for a change of environment. Any ideas?? I would appreciate any words of advice! Thanks to all of you for your comments and encouragement. You girls rock!

    You are doing so well! :)
    I am home for the summer and what really helps is if you are alone during the day, like if your parents work.
    If you are, then you do not have to eat.
    That is what I do.
    Then I eat half of whatever we have for dinner, and exercise immediately afterward.
    That way, it still looks to them like I eat, but I can still restrict, too.
