First off: Torture.
I have been under so many food torments in the past 24 hours. First, there was Applebee's last night. I only got a diet mountain dew while everyone else around me scarfed down milkshakes, mozzarella sticks, and spinach and artichoke dip. Then today at the mall I ate nothing when two friends of mine shared a meal at A&W. To be quite honest, I'm getting tired of turning down foods I love. I used to enjoy food. On the other hand...

Happiness.
I felt so happy today. Every time I touched my waist, I felt how true my new thinness is. I want to keep this, forever. I want to look hot in my bikini at the pool this coming weekend. I love feeling beautiful and skinny and seeing how great my toned legs look in heels. Even though I'm deprived, I do feel happy. I just want the best of both worlds.

Ready to Move On.
I've found a new diet I will be starting once I reach my 116. It's called the Healthy Skinny Girl Diet, and it looks like a perfect fit for me. I will be able to eat more but I will also be working out A LOT more than the minimum requirements specify (only 30 minutes of cardio 3 times a week?? Really??). I'm also going to combine it with the MKC by keeping track of my water/sleep/bonus points. I've realized how important those things are in weight loss.

My dream right now: to work at Victoria's Secret. I went there today and realized how at home I feel when I'm there. I know all the Angels by name. I also got officially sized for the first time: I'm a 32 B, just like I thought! Working there is my dream job while I'm in college. I hope I get it!!

Sorry this is such a long post. I feel accomplished but ready to move on. Hopefully the scale will allow me to tomorrow. I'm ready to take whatever road I need to to reach my goal. Ladies, thank you so much for all your support. I couldn't do this without you!!

Always,

Lita
