Here's the update:
So my binge last night kicked me in the butt... whoops. Well, luckily I am currently on the first day of my three day fast, which should take care of my overindulgences of last night. Hopefully.
Here the plan for the next three days:
Intake: Ice water to burn calories, hot teas to fill me up
Outtake: 25 minutes cardio to burn fat, 25 minutes strength training to build lean muscle, 10 minutes stretching to relieve stress (1 hour total workout/day)
Sleep: 7 hours a night. Typically less sleep is needed while fasting.
So far today I have drank about 32 oz of water and 2 cups of tea. I already feel more awake, happy and confident in myself. I am looking forward to some of my favorite benefits of fasting:
Clear, shimmering eyes
Clear, soft skin
High energy levels
